Refund and Returns Policy

ATROS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD  believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
    However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
    vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • ATROS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables
    etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product
    delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
    The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
    own end. This should be reported within 30+ Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that
    the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
    notice of our customer service within 30+ Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service
    Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
    the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the ATROS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, it’ll take 1-2 Days days
    for the refund to be processed to the end customer

Returns Policy

At ATROS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a convenient return process.

Return Period You may return new, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at INFO@ATROSSOLUTION.COM within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us at:

  1. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your protection.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund for the merchandise amount to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when requesting your RMA number. You can exchange for merchandise of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/discounted merchandise
  • Undergarments/intimate apparel (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
